I am looking for an artist to explore the world of Line and Contrast more in-depth.

Using your scratch paper and scratchers, come up with and create a bold, contrast-filled image that draws attention to something uniquely creative.

The artist will be asked to:

• Create 3 sketches exploring ideas on black paper with white charcoal.

• Decide on one image to make using the scratchboard given to them.

• Complete that image carefully considering lines and contrast.

• You will collect all your drawings in a "portfolio" and hand them in at the end of the unit. Place your name and the date on each drawing.

• Submit your drawings with your name on the back of each one to your teacher.
